1. Who we are
Morris McLane Limited (“Morris McLane”, “we”, “us”) is the data controller responsible for any personal data described in this policy. Our office is at 20–22 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU, United Kingdom.
For any privacy enquiry, contact us at moc.enalcmsirrom@lareneg .
2. Data we collect
When you submit our contact form we collect: name, email address, optional company name, and the message you send. We also receive technical information from your browser such as IP address and user agent, used to prevent abuse and ensure the form works correctly.
We also use analytics and advertising technologies: Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand how the site is used, and Google Ads — including conversion tracking and remarketing — to measure and improve our marketing. These set cookies and collect usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, referring source and device information. Analytics and advertising cookies are set only where you consent. See our Cookies Policy for the full list and how to control them.
3. How we use it
We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry and to discuss working together. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Lawful basis
We rely on legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR) to respond to enquiries you initiate, and on your consent (Article 6(1)(a)) where you opt in to further communications and for analytics and advertising cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time.
5. Sharing and processors
We use a small number of processors to operate the site and respond to enquiries:
- Cloudflare (site hosting and security, United States and global edge)
- Resend (transactional email delivery, United States)
- Slack (internal notification of enquiries, United States)
- Google LLC (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads — analytics and advertising, United States)
Each processor is bound by appropriate data processing terms. International transfers rely on the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or equivalent safeguards.
6. Retention
We retain enquiry data only as long as needed to respond to your message and any follow-up correspondence, then delete or anonymise it. Where a client relationship begins, contact data is retained for the duration of that relationship and a reasonable period afterwards for regulatory and audit purposes.
7. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email moc.enalcmsirrom@lareneg .
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) if you believe your rights have been infringed.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
