1. Our commitment
Morris McLane is committed to making this website accessible to as many people as possible, regardless of ability or technology. We treat accessibility as part of building well, not as an afterthought, and we work to remove barriers that would prevent people from using the site.
2. Conformance status
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor and cognitive differences.
We consider the site to be largely conformant with WCAG 2.2 AA: it uses semantic structure and landmarks, supports keyboard navigation, maintains readable colour contrast, provides text alternatives for meaningful images, and respects the operating-system “reduced motion” preference for animations and background video.
3. Measures we take
- Semantic HTML, heading structure and ARIA landmarks for assistive-technology users.
- A visible “skip to content” target and full keyboard operability of navigation and interactive components.
- Background videos are decorative, muted and disabled when “reduce motion” is set.
- Colour-contrast and responsive-layout checks as part of our build and review process.
4. Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. Known areas we are working on include third-party embedded content we do not control and decorative motion in some hero sections. We review the site regularly and prioritise fixes that affect the most people.
5. Feedback and reporting an issue
